Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how REAUMUR SAS ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Net Life Value (netlifevalue.com), in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, and Utah UCPA.

1. What we collect

Net Life Value is a read-only static site — we do not require accounts, do not collect emails, and do not store personal data on our servers. The only information processed is:

• Anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 (page views, country, device type, referrer, anonymized IP) — only after you grant consent on the cookie banner
• Display preferences (theme, currency) stored locally in your browser's localStorage — never transmitted to us
• Standard server logs from our hosting provider (Firebase App Hosting / Google Cloud) — IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL — kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention

2. Cookies & tracking

We use Google Consent Mode v2. By default, all analytics and advertising cookies are denied. If you are visiting from the EU, EEA, UK, or Brazil, you will see a cookie banner asking for explicit consent before any analytics cookies are set. If you are visiting from elsewhere, anonymous analytics are active by default, in line with local laws.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site, or by emailing us at results@netlifevalue.com.

3. Third parties

We share data with the following processors strictly to deliver the service:

• Google Analytics 4 (analytics, IP-anonymized) — policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Cloud Platform / Firebase App Hosting (hosting) — cloud.google.com/security/privacy
• Google Fonts (web fonts) — served via the Geist font family

We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. We do not use ad networks or behavioral advertising.

4. Your rights (GDPR & US state laws)

If you are a resident of the EU/EEA, UK, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we process about you
• Rectify inaccurate information
• Delete your data (right to erasure)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability in a structured format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France: CNIL)
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (CCPA/CPRA) — applicable but already in effect since we don't do this

To exercise any right, email results@netlifevalue.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 days (EU) or 45 days (CCPA).

5. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Net Life Value is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard security: HTTPS encryption with HSTS, secure headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy), Google Cloud's enterprise infrastructure, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure; you provide information at your own risk.

7. International transfers

Our hosting is provided by Google Cloud (Firebase App Hosting, region europe-west4, Belgium). Some processors (Google Analytics) may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google participates.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Substantial changes will be highlighted in a banner on the homepage.
